Yateley Choral Society photo
Yateley Choral Society is a friendly and inclusive group of music lovers. We constantly strive to perform to our highest potential, and have been fortunate to have been led by some extremely talented young Musical Directors. This year we welcome a new Musical Director, Richard Bannan.

Yateley Choral Society performs four concerts per year with a variety of styles from classical to modern, including a concert of light music in the summer and a Christmas concert for charity involving young local music makers. Alongside music making, our mission is to foster musical interest in the local community, particularly in children, and to support local charities wherever possible. In addition to our own concerts, we also occasionally join with other choirs to perform larger works in beautiful venues such as the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Yateley Choral Society has been a member of the Centenary Chorus since 2002.

We rehearse on Mondays at 7.45 in the
Yateley Manor School
drama studio.

Our next event is a workshop with John Rutter who will work with us on his Requiem and other pieces. This will take place on February 18th. Details

We will be performing the Requiem and a number of other pieces by John Rutter in our concert on 28th April where Miriam Allan will be the soloist.
